Liked: Front desk on check in very rude and walked away and sent someone else. Not described accurately on booking .com. We will never stay at this property again. I was worried about bed bugs and everything else. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Worse facility we have ever stayed in..

GULF SHORES GREAT VIEWS

Liked: Our first trip to Gulf Shores. Hotel is directly on the beach. Balcony room had great view, we stayed on upper level. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and accommodating to needs and questions. Does not include Breakfast but reasonable price and delicious with ocean views. Parking garage located under hotel making it convenient access and covered when raining. Enjoyed our time and Would book again.
Disliked: We had a great experience. Parking fees were extra but no complaints.

Hotel needs some attention to...

Liked: we returned here after 7 years for a quick getaway. Love that it’s in the beach , love the style
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly everyday, instead of the bed been made the covers were just pulled up, carpet definitely needed a shampoo, Lifts took a minute, ice is not available on every level & my tea wasn’t restocked daily . When you’re paying so much you expect these things.
