Liked: Very friendly staff. Bed: very comfortable! Breakfast: delicious! S'mores hour: fun treat! Room was ready for our family when we got there: music was playing & they had enough towels for the whole family - a little thing, but it was very considerate!

Liked: The hotel and spa staff were extremely nice. The hotel was close to downtown and couple of nice restaurants and bars. Room overseeing the lake was a nice touch. The grounds were well taken care off. The hotel was 1 hr away from Itasca Park.
Disliked: The hotel beach was a bit disappointing (very small). The hotel was very close to the train tracks and you could feel and hear the train passing by every time (even at night).

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view of the lake. The room was large and exceptionally clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful experience.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Liked: The location facing the lake and the design of the builing.
Disliked: We were unable to get the room fan to turn off when we were seeking complete silence. There is no premium streaming platforms to watch movies, like Netflix. We would even sign into our own account if possible.

Liked: Great Hotel. Accommodations exceeded my expectations. Definitely would stay there again.
