Liked: What we liked was how the management tried to accommodate us when we ran into some hiccups. As for the hiccups I would have to say some staff are not truly doing their job making the experience a bit uncomfortable, like I said some staff. This is unfortunate for the management and property because this is a beautiful hotel and I would like come stay again but NOT on the main floor.
Disliked: Our stay in the beginning was....wet and cold. First rm was my bad, I didn't realize I have booked a wheelchair accessible room so having a shower was a bit moist to say the least

It was a meh kind...

Liked: I liked that each room was extremely spacious and the washroom was exceptionally clean and spacious. The showers are more modern and up to date than most hotels in Prince Albert. I loved the pillows they were so comfy! I love pillows so those are VERY important to me. The breakfast was being kept full which was really good as there was multiple teams there during our stay.
Disliked: The bed seeped into the middle for the one bed which made it uncomfortable with the added touch of a broken AC and being on the 4th floor it was unbearable heat. Making for one sweaty evening. The breakfast hot options were quite bland and just not appetizing. Upon checking in just 30 minutes early, we were told there was no rooms (along side one other family). They told us just to sit and wait till 4pm but then after 10 minutes continued to allow all these other people to check in. After just walking around our kids entire team was previously checked in early. So we brought this to the ladies attention and she was like oh your room is ready now. I just felt completely disappointed in the professionalism at the check in. The television was quite lame - the guide gives zero information and you had to go channel to channel to figure out what was playing.
