Flawless from the beginning.

Liked: Personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel staff is super friendly; on site parking; super convenient for seeing shows at the Majestic or Orpheum Theatre.

Liked: Room with balcony.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Didn't like getting $26 more than quoted price for taxes and parking.

Disliked: They thought they lost my keys for 5 minutes.

Liked: Probably would put this in a 4 star category rather than 3. Stayed in 3 star hotels that were not nearly as nice as this.

Liked: Otherwise, a wonderful renovation of this historic hotel!!!
Disliked: It would have been nice to have real, complimentary coffee in the lobby or bar area. It was cold in the living area of the suite that we could not get warmed up.

Disliked: We had a large party in the bar with about 75 people. We ordered some pizzas that were just terrible. They tasted half cooked like a frozen pizza and I recall them being expensive although the bartender was very nice I would've expected him to buy back some drinks for my husband who organized the event. I booked rooms for some friends and they said the oatmeal was watery?
