Flawless from the beginning.

Liked: Personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel staff is super friendly; on site parking; super convenient for seeing shows at the Majestic or Orpheum Theatre.

Liked: Room with balcony.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Didn't like getting $26 more than quoted price for taxes and parking.

Disliked: They thought they lost my keys for 5 minutes.

Liked: Wondeful staff and location. Comfortable beds and just a great stay.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Great property close to everything

Liked: Proximity to what we were in town to do and staff was so nice.
Disliked: Our room had a poor view but price was good. No hand soap at sink (maybe we were supposed to pull the shower soap bottle out of the shower?) Otherwise nice and no complaints.

Liked: Great location in the capitol building square with lots of entertainment, food and shopping options in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. No free breakfast but there is room service.
