Hotel staff is super friendly; on site parking; super convenient for seeing shows at the Majestic or Orpheum Theatre.

Liked: Room with balcony.

Disliked: Didn't like getting $26 more than quoted price for taxes and parking.

Disliked: They thought they lost my keys for 5 minutes.

Liked: The rooms were very nice. Location was perfect.
Disliked: The valet cost per day was too much and we weren't allowed to smoke outside under the car port. It was snowing like crazy and the staff tried to make us go out from under the hotel and smoke in the windy and cold weather. Very rude and inconsiderate. It's not like we were making a camp fire in the driveway we were smoking a cigarette and not even the whole thing. It wasn't bothering anyone.
