Flawless from the beginning.

Liked: Personnel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel staff is super friendly; on site parking; super convenient for seeing shows at the Majestic or Orpheum Theatre.

Liked: Room with balcony.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Didn't like getting $26 more than quoted price for taxes and parking.

Disliked: They thought they lost my keys for 5 minutes.

Stayed here so I could...

Liked: Great location in the capitol building square with lots of entertainment, food and shopping options in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. No free breakfast but there is room service.

Liked: The location was perfect and the room size was good. The balcony was also amazing!
Disliked: Having to go to another floor for ice seems like a bit much for a $750/night room. Also, since we had a suite with a pullout bed, I would’ve expected to have the bed linens in the room upon arrival.
