Pleasant overall

Liked: The lock on the room we ordered was broken but the staff quickly got us a new room with an upgrade. Easy parking and friendly staff
Disliked: The parking situation is funky for check-in if there are a lot of people there or if there is traffic on the narrow road. The garage is spacious and fine but getting in can be tricky

Liked: We stayed here on our first trip to New York and said if we ever came back, we would stay here again not thinking we would we didWork related for my son . And so we stayed here again because it was so nice and it was just as nice as before.

Liked: Parking was included which added as an incredible cost savings for the area. Room was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds clean facilities. Front desk staff were extremely friendly.
