This is a 3/10 stay...

Liked: They gave us an early check in which was convenience for the reason we were there.
Disliked: The room had an awful smell and it was not clean. The refrigerator made a loud awful noise the entire night. A staff member walked right into our room when we first arrived without knocking.

Disliked: We were on the sixth floor and both elevators stopped working … guests were required to carry their own luggage … shuttle bus to cruise ship was an hour late.
