Liked: I love the comfort of the beds.
Disliked: Hotel is outdated and not very clean. One of the two elevator was out of service and cause long wait for it..

Liked: Very convenient location to the airport and cruise port terminals.
Disliked: This location offered a shuttle to the cruise port for a small fee wich was great or so I thought. Getting from the hotel to the cruise terminal was not a problem the shuttle was very prompt picking us up and getting us there on time even though the driver stopped to pick up his own prescription along the way, wich I thought was a little strange but got us there on time nevertheless. However the return pick up after the cruise was a complete nightmare as we stood outside the cruise terminal for an hour and a half waiting for the shuttle to pick us up. Even though we didn't have a morning flight by the time they finally picked us up after getting off the ship @ 10:15 we barely had an hour to kill before a 3:30 flight! On top of that the driver made several of the passengers load their own luggage.. Waiting over an hour and a half to picked up was absolutely ridiculous and after speaking with a employee with the transit service about our dissatisfaction with there services I was more or less told" oh well " that was typical for this particular cruise port because it was always busy wich I thought was crazy. Seemed very unprofessional and would probably use a taxi next time even if it costs more. Waiting outside that long with no drinks, food, or restrooms is insane to me. This would have been terrible for elderly people, people with small children, or if the weather had been poor. Be advised that while they offer an affordable shuttle you may be waiting a very long time to be picked up after your cruise.

Disliked: They did not have free parking option, they charge 15 bucks per night for parking spot and they are argued that this is because of the security of your car but I did not see any one there as a security guy.They provide coffee and hot water but their coffee was always cold and they always were always out of hot water and the quality of water was awful, it was tab water.

Disliked: I asked for a bathroom one of the customer Service looked a me weird.

Disliked: Only one of the elevators was working . Which was a hassle having to wait on the one elevator. And the room key wouldn't work most of the time. And the light in the room. When you turn off the light by the door, nothing else would work
