Disliked: My television stopped working, and I asked for a credit. As of today 10/30 nothing has been issued.

Clean nice front end staff,...
Liked: Hotel was clean, front desk staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Computer at business center was very handy to print boarding passes.
Disliked: We stayed for 8 days/7 nights and housekeeping never came! Not even once. We requested housekeeping on two different occasion. Staff wrote it down but no one ever came. We had to go to the front desk to pick up bedding for the sofa bed, toilet paper, tissues, cups, dishwasher detergent, towels, garbage bags, etc. (We stayed in the room with a kitchenette.). Sofa bed was very squeaky/noisy. It was very disappointing. ☹️

Great value for the money...
Liked: I was traveling alone and I was on crutches. The staff (Coleton and Heather) went above and beyond by helping me with my luggage and getting me breakfast. This was so fantastic because I wasn't sure how I would get my suitcase to my room and eat while not being able to use my hands because of the crutches.

Liked: Great location,great staff
Disliked: Very upset the parking lot was not using the overhead lighting. Only 1 on the far side. We were there with y Merchandise in our vehicle. Not happy felt like limited security. Saturday evening we Ning a car window was busted out in the lot. Will not stay here again!

Nice comfy rooms
Liked: Nice facility and clean, comfortable rooms.
Disliked: When we came down for breakfast, there was no hot food left, no forks, and no one (staff) to be found. I went to the front desk and eventually got someone to come out from a back office area. He found a kitchen staff person who refilled things, but she practically scowled at us and was very surly.On the positive side, the checkin staff when we first arrived was fabulous
