As many hotels as we’ve...

Liked: Loved the entire hotel. Clean, perfect amenities super comfortable. Best beds and shower. The restaurant was fantastic in quality, price and staff. Outstanding Best Western
Disliked: Unfortunately the front desk staff was not on point. My check in person claimed that Booking.com did not forward my request for a top floor room, when I know exactly how it works. HE said he couldn’t do anything for us on a three night stay. He would never again make eye contact with us again when we saw him. The rest of front desk were not on the welcoming side, staff at restaurant and cleaning staff made up for them.
