Disappointing

Liked: Paying $10 to park on their own property. I think that's ridiculous for a hotel and not having a continental breakfast. Yeah that's a little ridiculous too

We'll be back!

Liked: Robot security guard actually seems like it could deter break-ins/ vandalism.The hot tub was great and the pool made for an enjoyable start to our day.
Disliked: The name of the network for WiFi access was not with the password. When I asked for the name of the network, staff gave me the wrong one.

Liked: Exceptionally clean and modern. Very nice hotel. Safe area.
Disliked: The mattress felt quite hot and a little springy so I think it’s an older mattress. Felt of high quality but getting older. The pillows are faux down and pretty mushy so not my favorite.

Liked: Room size and bed comfort
Disliked: Original room was a closet....2nd room had no TV remote...gave us a remote that didn't work...no toilet paper no Kleenex ....refrigerator was defrosted and water was everywhere....we were there for 5 days.... scheduled a room cleaning for Wednesday when we checked in on Monday... didn't happen...got an annoying text from the front desk on Thursday about a room inspection policy....reminded them they missed the previous day House keeping service....overall wasn't that great....

Liked: Everyone was super nice and very helpful. The room was very clean.
Disliked: I don’t really have anything bad to say about the property other than I wish housekeeping was more often than every three days.
