Liked: Absolutely loved the Junior Suite - it was spacious and stunning
Disliked: The wet room doesnt really work well as a design because the water from shower still splashes everywhere so annoying for others once youve used shower once

Good location, staff unresponsive

Liked: Good location close to the Gare du Nord. Bed was wide and very comfortable
Disliked: Room was smaller than anticipated, dusty shelves. Desk lamp and coffee machine in room did not work, staff did nothing despite us mentioning it every day of our stay. Breakfast looked unappetising and poor value at €18, we didn't bother
