Nice quiet hotel with no...

Liked: The location is nice and quiet. The room was dusty with accumulation of dirts here and there. The fridge bar was smelly each time it’s opened. No Lounge area. No terrace windows as advertised. Basically we paid to sleep in the room, no other facilities.
Disliked: As above

Great place and convenient

Liked: Near Metro and Gare Du Nord. And walking distance to La Fayette. Few halal eateries nearby.
Disliked: The AC didnt work the last night. They should maintain it especially in summer.

Bed bugs, refuse to address,...

Liked: Near metro station
Disliked: They have bed bugs and refuse to properly address, and continue to rent out the room. We stayed for 2 nights in early August. Room 503. The morning of our checkout, we noticed a bed bug on the pillow right next to my daughter. In addition to its appearance, also small bits of blood on the sheets the previous nights due to bites. We reported it to the receptionist she referred us to contact the hotel's management. When we emailed management, they responded that the bug was merely a flea and refused to provide any recourse. The most horrifying part is that this appears to be a recurring problem that they refuse to address. We found a recent review on Google just days before our stay reporting bed bugs from the same room (Room 503). So they knew of the problem, did not properly address it, and continued renting out the room. The reviewer even mentions she encountered another guest who suffered the same issue in Room 503. Given their response, they will cause more guests to spread bed bugs. We’re looking at $1000+ in cleaning costs or having to replace items that can’t be properly cleaned to prevent spread. Tip for any Olympics guests who paid the non-refundable deposit: either eat the cost or ask for a room not on the 5th floor.

Liked: Everything is excellent! And one point more: I forgot to write my recommendation after the stay .... Just forgot because very busy. Bu half year later I did it and I think this is the absolute evidence that this Hotel is unforgetable! I will visit is again 100%
Disliked: I didn't like the duration of my stay in the Hotel! I would prefer to stay longer!
