Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, cozy room. It seemed to be the largest in the hotel and it was a pleasant surprise! Thanks to the administrator who settled me in a wonderful room with a bathroom.
Disliked: I would like more variety for breakfast

Fine for one night but...

Liked: The hotel was convenient to the Gare du Nord. Bathroom was clean and well constructed
Disliked: The room was extremely small with barely space to squeeze around the bed or open the bathroom door. Only one towel was supplied although there were 2 guests in the room.

Disliked: The room was extremely small, so much so that I couldn’t even open my luggage on the floor. It was impossible to move around, and I had to jump over the bed to access the bathroom. During the check-in process, the receptionist couldn’t speak English, which made it difficult to understand the city tax payment procedure. Additionally, we were informed that the remaining balance would be refunded to our bank account, but we have not received it yet.

Excellent and pleasant stay at...

Liked: The room and location was awesome, good connectivity to metro of Gare de Nord and Poissonnerie. The staff was very kind and good particularly Mr. JhonPaul was great guy to meet at Hotel. He has helping mindset for every guest based on my observation.
Disliked: May improve on the Internet Facilities, the speed consistency.

stay was incredible

Liked: the room was very clean. everything was great. very clean. really nice staff and they were very helpful. Location was also great it was close to a lot of places . didn't get the chance to go downstairs for breakfast, the bed was too comfortable i guess lol.
Disliked: i was asked to deposit 100 euros during check in and that it would be given back at the end of my stay. but i never got it back even though i was told it was going to be reversed back into my account after tax deduction which also wasnt communicated
