Liked: Room was on the small side for 3 adults plus luggage but very clean with daily housekeeping including a towel change. Beds very comfortable. Staff all very helpful & friendly. Loved the location & would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Main room was a little dark, would have liked a ceiling light as well as bedside lamps.

A favorite in Manhattan

Liked: Beautiful, spotless and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great location. We stay here whenever we come back to NY to visit family. Prices can fluctuate but if you can score a good deal this is ideal.

Disliked: Not the hotel but was woken up really early with a screaming child in room below would not stop crying happened several days would have requested a high up room not near families staying in hotel if that was an option.
