Liked: Absolutely great stay with family and friends for our daughters wedding. Nothing was to much for any of the staff, really looked after us. I woukd highly recommend a stay at Mount Pleasent and breakfast was great also.
Disliked: Nothing about our stay was negative

Liked: Spa suite was very nice with an amazing bathroom, food in restaurant was also excellent.

Sadly only stayed for one...

Liked: We stayed in a spa suite and it was amazing. Special treat for my birthday and we enjoyed every minute. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to extend our check out time and have breakfast delivered to our room.
Disliked: Nothing

A lovely stay

Liked: The hotel is tastefully decorated & furnished. It’s spacious & very clean. The rooms are soundproof. The EV charging points. The staff are very helpful & friendly.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.

Liked: Really lovely staff and great food. Great bathroom.
Disliked: I booked a junior suite and in the pictures most had four poster beds. It did say you could contact the hotel and choose which one you would prefer. I emailed but got no reply. I was disappointed with the room I got as just a normal bed, nothing like the other rooms advertised as junior suites. The bathroom was great with a lovely large spar bath. The restaurant and bars were really smart but the lighting is very bright which almost gave it a canteen feel.
