I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

We would definitely stay there again!

Expensive, disappointing and ok.

Liked: Room was ready on arrival, staff were nice.
Disliked: Paid over $1600 for one nights stay just because Taylor Swift was in town. I think that was an extortionate price to charge but not much we could do about it. I also didn't like being asked to pay separately for parking when I'd paid over $1600 for one night. I also did not like that it was very close to an extremely homeless populated area with people sleeping outside almost every business door. It felt very unsafe. Again for over $1600 for ONE NIGHT I would have expected a better location to charge this amount of money. I checked in and checked out. We left the room impeccable and were in the room for a couple of hours and sleep time. It seriously feels like were were taken advantage of with charging that much for one night. We spoke to the staff barely a few minutes on check in and check out. I had to coax the person who checked me in to be friendly. I have no idea if she realizes that she comes across bitter when she approaches you. Might be some training and feedback for your staff to manage "resting mad faces" and I say that with the greatest of respect and as a contribution to your staff and your hotel.

Convenient location but not worth...

Liked: Staff was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Spaciousness.
Disliked: Dirty light switches and remotes and musty smell in the room. Balcony door didn’t lock properly which left a gap that let cold air in. Open drug use outside hotel made you feel unsafe

Liked: Staff always greeted us every time we walked through the door. Asked for an extra towel, it was delivered straight away.
Disliked: The room had a microwave, but no plates or cutlery. Not even a teaspoon.
