I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

We would definitely stay there again!

Liked: - fair value for money- close to good attractions- gym - Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: - still lowlife people wondering around outside the hotel (hardcore drug use right next to hotel, witnessed from gym windows looking across road)- Late night shouting / screaming from nightlife area- room was a little dirty with used ear buds on floor- restaurant dinner was very overpriced with low food quality- no self service laundry

Liked: The customer service was excellent. Juan was exceptional and so very helpful with every enquiry we had.
Disliked: Need a fan in the rooms they get very stuffy at night time

Liked: The hotel and staff were very good and friendly, location is 20 min from the Vancouver convention Centre and had many lovely restaurants close by.
Disliked: Although the location of the property was convenient, it had a very sketchy street in front of it that always had junkies and homeless people and adult shops and I did not feel safe after dark (or at sunrise) unless I walked around that street and took a longer path. This might just be how Vancouver is.
