Very aggravating, and extremely bad...

Liked: Breakfast is frm 6am-9am. Should last at least until 10. So i did not go as I had late meetings in evenings. Room was comfortable, clean. Bathroom is really small. Bedroom lights switch is located at entry. So get out of bed to turn off lights. Poor design.
Disliked: Desk clerk was not helpful or knowledgeable. He could not explain why i was charged up front upon ck in $40 fee! He said it was if I used room “accessories”, but could not tell me what those items were. I checked out thursday morning and its Saturday and I still have not been credited that fee yet! I asked for a receipt upon ck out to show I was credited the fee and was given a BLANK receipt. Ridiculous. He also had told me my room was on the 2nd floor. But after getting my loaded cart on & off 2nd floor elevator; my room was on 4th floor. I go to sevond floor, attempt to open door and get screamed at by the occupants. He had written WRONG ROOM # on key envelope. Then the next evening when I returned to my room I was locked out, all my possessions still in the room. I had paid for two nights!! So Had to get a NEW KEY!! Aggravating to say the least. No offer of a discount, or credit for another night. Nothing.

Overall decent but not the...

Liked: The staff were professional and courteous and the location was easy to find. Plenty of parking everywhere and the room was clean and ready for my family.
Disliked: The walls are THIN. The room next to us was watching a movie past midnight and I could hear the music clearly. My parents stayed in a room nearby and stated the family next to them was quarreling and they could clearly hear argument for a while as well.

I would stay again.

Liked: The staff, amenities, breakfast. The barman was awesome, loved the happy hour.
Disliked: The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Some rattling in the AC u it. But it was clean and served our purpose.
