A good overall Valentine’s Day...

Liked: Pond, comfy bed, hot water, nice staff
Disliked: Little pricey but understandable, only koi pond area other wise surrounded by apartments and hospitals

Great, we’d stay here again

Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful. The room and hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: The pool had a pretty awful smell and there was several piles of dog poop near the pool/hotel door

I would highly recommend this...

Liked: Pool, hot tub, restaurant on location, big rooms with couch. Very clean and neat room. Staff very friendly. Felt like home.
Disliked: We did have a loud neighbor.

Very clean but marshmallow bed

Liked: I like that they are very clean.The gardens were a nice addition.Staff was efficient and friendly.Year round hot tub and pool are fantastic.Restaurant in the hotel is just big enough but still cozy.
Disliked: The bed was WAY to soft. Didn't sleep very well.The sound proofing on such a new place was bad. We could hear people in the halls talking like they were in our room, doors slamming (because they don't have a slow stopper).The pool didn't have adult hours (even a couple) for the hot tub pool area.

I was sick with Covid...

Liked: Close to EMT training
Disliked: I was sick and landed. Inthe ER and left the lace in 8 hrs after a 3 night booking I can t reach anyone for cancellation for the next 2 nights
