Liked: Location to the mall.
Disliked: Hidden charges. Will not tell you and will overcharge your card. Housekeeping did not show up at all and I had to find the lady to refresh my towels. Breakfast is absolutely horrible and will not allow you to take a thing with you.

Good stay all except for...

Liked: Clean smelling throughout the property. Friendly housekeeping service each day. Clean property grounds.The breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items, i.e. sausage, waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, cold cereal, yogurt. My issue however was I wished they would have alternated sausage with bacon. Omelet station only open on weekdays and not on weekends. Five minute drive to large A+ Willowbrook Mall loaded with tons of stores!!
Disliked: Coffee station in lobby 24/7 however no hot water for tea. Had to ask front desk for hot water which she provided for me each time. Room had stove top, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. However, no pans in room to cook with. When asked at front desk for pan, response was they do not provide pans, you have to bring your own. That was not mentioned. No restaurant on premises and bar area was never open.

Liked: Customer service is horrible. When we arrived there. There was guest sitting in front of the hotel drinking beer and listening to music. One of the worker blocked one side of the parking lot with it vehicle. To make it one way in and out. On Saturday morning my family and I when down stairs to eat breakfast and the lady who works behind the desk didn't greet us but she watched us the whole time. She come in the eating area several times to see how much we were eating. Made my children feel uncomfortable. Then it was time to checkout I sent my oldest daughter down stairs to get the cart to put our belongings on it then my daughter stop to get a cup coffee but was asked did she know another black woman who's was a guest there. Then she started to question them. I knows with the non black guest they were treating great. RACIST
Disliked: Customer service needs to be better for the black guest.
