Liked: Very nice property.
Disliked: The staff, specifically Ms.Bala was very rude and unprofessional. Upon checking in I was hit with a $100 deposit that wasn’t on the booking website, the deposit was supposed to be refundable still haven’t received my deposit. Then I left to get my children from school and was stopped by Ms.Bala telling me I couldn’t have my children with me because it exceeded four guest. I tried to explain to her that they weren’t staying and her response was “that’s your problem”! She was very aggressive and disrespectful. It’s a shame that such a beautiful property has such ugly souls conducting business for them. I would never patronize this business again. I was already in an unfortunate position and to have an attendant tell me I can’t have MY CHILDREN with me at an establishment I paid for just didn’t sit right with me.

Disliked: Too secluded. The men at the front desk was a tad bit rude. Was informed I’ll get my deposit back and haven’t received it

Liked: Didn't stay at hotel.
Disliked: 8:30 am received call stating elevator broken. My guest was coming in on Friday with a boot on foot and crutches. Told clerk story and was told i could stay at affiliated hotel: ylem. Called other hotel and was told no kitchenette. Waited til 1pm to see if elevator was working yet and was told still broken. So I had to cancel and find other hotel. Clerk was nice and friendly both times we spoke

Liked: I like how clean the property was. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed in a room with a counter top stove but there were no pots. They only gave us 2 towels when there were 3 people staying in one room for 3 nights. The batteries in the remote were dying. No extra garbage bags. All small things but got to be very irritating. And then when you ask for something it’s like they were stingy with it. The TVs would lose signal or the sound would stop working all of a sudden. It was a smart tv but you couldn’t switch it to any streaming service you had because it wouldn’t let you.
