Best Western Premier Aberdeen Kamloops, Kamloops

It was an excellent stay at Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I liked the view and the location. As a Dubai resident I usually visit Four Point Sheraton Hotel bars and restaurants which is close to my residence. Thanks to the lovely staff. If I do visit Canada again, I'll stay here.

Liked: The location; cleanliness; food excellent; above all, good staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Stay cation

Liked: We enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub was amazing and the bed was very comfy . Also how convenient it was to have a built-in restaurant.
Disliked: The parking wasn't very spacious and the room we had was right across the elevator so we could hear everything. And the parents let their children run all over up and down the halls knocking on our door .Not very sound proof. So it could use a little more sound proofing.

Really enjoyed my comfortable sleep...

Liked: The beds were clean and comfy
Disliked: The hot tub was yellow and Luke warm at best

Amenities were all around disappointing...

Liked: There was no breakfast included
Disliked: We didn't like that the jacuzzi suite we rented was filthy with pink mold and didn't have a working jacuzzi nor did they have a working one to compensate us, no hot water in the shower in our room and no working jets in the hottub. We didn't get to shower at all during our stay and we were there because our home had frozen pipes and celebrated valentines day with my daughter who is 11 and got her time of the month morning of check out and no option to shower. Very disappointed and staff or management didn't do a thing to help us out

Great service, comfortable beds and...

Liked: The restaurant downstairs was delicious and beautifully decorated, but very slow service. The beds were super comfy, coffee was great, all the staff were great. I’d love to stay again.
Disliked: The pool was pretty gross. Understandably, though, as there was a hockey tournament with lots of boys! It just was not clear at all. Could’ve used a shock or two!
