We will stay again.

Liked: Very close to an I-74 exit. The public areas are dated, the lobby needs some dusting, carpets cleaned, and the windows needed cleaning. However, our King room was very clean. Fresh linens, no grim in the corners of the bathroom, and the carpet appeared new or freshly cleaned. Heat/AC worked well with no musty smell. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included hot eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. The Staff at the front desk and the breakfast attendant were extremely friendly and helpful. Very good value for the price. I don't expect luxury in a value hotel, but I do expect clean! Very pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Clean the hallway carpets. Clean the lobby doors and windows.

Liked: The room was very clean and inviting, the pool area was equally enjoyable, it was nice that they even had bathrooms and showers in the pool area
Disliked: I have to say that the only thing we didn't like was the rain which is not the hotels fault but wanted to enjoy the courtyard

Disliked: The location was kind of strange. Not much else I can think of.
