Liked: We had to switch rooms due to the original room nog being properly set up. No bed sheets blankets etc. & someone left a towel with a dead spider inside.

Liked: The staff was very nice
Disliked: They stole my $200 deposit… my partner and I did not make any noise nor smoked in the building. I called them and they said it should return to my account in 3-4 days.. it’s been a week. Will not be staying there again.

Liked: When I got to the hotel, they tried to charge me $200 deposit for the room I canceled my reservation and they told me they sent me my refund, but never did. Staff was very disrespectful. Will never come back again.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was rude the lady training I guess she was the manger on duty was rude she was also training the white lady to be just as rude as she was I will NEVER stay at this best western again I will also be telling my family and friends not to stay here as well when they come in town thanks but NO thanks

Disliked: Location but realise everything in America is generally a car journey away from amenities

I stayed for an event...

Liked: Clean and very convenient to the highway
Disliked: Only bad o could say was the outside trash barrel was full.

Satisfactory for the time in...

Liked: The room itself was lovely with everything we were looking for. We loved the no smoking everywhere and the option of additional facilities and services. There was a nice selection of coffees and plenty of towels and amenities in the room too. We enjoyed the shower as well - good hot water and solid water pressure, though the cloth shower liner might not have been the best for keeping the floors dry. The breakfast was also quite good, albeit a bit crowded. Still quite tasty and filling though. We didn't have time to check it out but there were a couple neat looking strip malls within walking distance of the establishment that had food options, entertainment options, and probably some simple shopping options too. If we'd had more time, they would have been nice to check out!
Disliked: It was likely a room specific issue and maybe even a single bed issue but the one I was sleeping on was too firm on one half and too lumpy on the other half. My mom was fine with hers though. Also, the air conditioning unit controls appeared to be broken. It turned on just fine and worked really well for that (quite chilly in fact) but there was no adjusting it with any noticeable effect. We only stayed for one night so it wasn't really worth complaining about but it would have been nicer except for that.
