It was better than I...

Liked: Friendly people, good service, food was better than many of the reviews. Everything was better than the reviews.
Disliked: A little pricey for a basic room.

Very good

Liked: The staff is great, from the front-desk to the team that prepares the morning breakfast. They do their best to keep the facility clean and running smoothly. The location of the facility is also well situated for easy access to Simi Valley as well as the west end of Ventura county.
Disliked: My only real suggestion is that the facility is getting a bit "tired" and could benefit from some investment in updating the paint, furnishings and fixtures.

Disliked: Cash only vending machines. There is no complementary bottled water.Old and damaged furniture. The rooms need paint and repairs.
