Favorite place to stay in...
Liked: This was our 3rd time staying there. When we travel into town for appointments the location is perfect. The pet friendly rooms all have balconies and a view of the pond, fountain and gazebo. The breakfast is fresh and seating is available both inside and outside.

Ask for a room on...
Liked: I loved the courtyard with pond and fountain, spent time in the gazebo enjoying it. Also liked to ópen the slider in my room overlooking the pond to let in the sound of flowing water. The room was bright, clean, and well appointed.
Disliked: The first night my room was one that overlooked the parking area and road which I found disappointing. The next morning I asked for a room overlooking the pond and courtyard and they found one right away. It was a much more relaxing vibe.

Disliked: Don’t like book.com. Agent was a smart ass. He also hung up on me for no reason.

Good location, decent breakfast!
Liked: the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of selection. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us-close to relatives and a wedding. It was actually pretty quiet on a side building. I thought Canyon Blvd would have been noisy, but it wasn't if your room doesn't face the road.
Disliked: The hallway was dreary and stuffy. The bed was too firm for our comfort. There was a planned power outage for one night, so we had to check out a day early. Could not have handled the room without air conditioning, and CPAP machine. They had no problems giving us a refund. Not far from the Rose Garden, which we loved!
