DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hot tub was closed, which was my main reason for choosing this hotel plus there was an additional 100$ hold for the key, which they insisted they returned but instead, they pulled TWICE PLUS an extra 45.72 for no reason whatsoever and when I called them on it the flat out called me a liar even though I have spoken to my bank and they have verified that the second 100 pull and the additional 45.72 WAS submitted by the hotel. Long story short, they are trying to ROB me.

Ok if you want to...

Liked: The man at the front desk was rude when we arrived at 8pm. We found the heat off & our room FREEZING! It was 30 degrees outside & our room felt colder!! The room didn’t feel comfortable till 2am, and heater ran all night. The man at the front desk also didn’t bother telling us the easiest way to the breakfast room since we were staying in a separate part of the hotel. The folks staying in the room next door, said they were given directions when they checked in. Breakfast was fine, pretty much Dennys quality. Wish they would put out real cream for coffee vs the fake crap.
Disliked: The heat was off in our room & it was 30 degrees!!
