Not my best trip

Liked: We’ve stayed here before because we enjoy Port Clinton. Requested a handicap room and it was fine. Wish there had been more king size bed rooms to choose from. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about.
Disliked: The beds and pillows in room 114 were so insanely uncomfortable. Neither of us slept even an hour. The full size bed (not even queen size)had humps in the middle and were rock hard. The pillows were soft pancakes. So flipping flat with zero support.

Staff was accommodating and friendly....

Liked: Staff was nice and room was comfy. View of the lake from upstairs would have been great if the weather had been better.
Disliked: Dirty wash cloths. No elevator.

Liked: Location was great, staff was very friendly. Breakfast hit the spot.
Disliked: There was quite a musty odor in the room. Room was clean, but musty

Disliked: I dont usually write a bad reviews,but i have to on this one,booked a king size room upon check in was told that booking overbooked the place so i was given a two bed room it was late at night to seek for a new place ,me and my wife had to sleep on separate beds ,ac was so noisy couldn’t sleep all night beds were uncomfortable so the pillows no water in the vending, the lady at desk was nice i have to admit that ,overall the worst booking experience i ever had

Overall, everything was good or...

Liked: Breakfast was good / decent options and as expected for hotel and price point
Disliked: Full size beds were only option. So, beds were a bit tight and a somewhat hard - but for one night we’re ok

Liked: The staff was nice. And the room was clean
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable and has no water pressure in shower

Pleasant

Liked: Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly
Disliked: Towels were not soft and the bed was very uncomfortable
