Liked: Good location, nice facilities and good room size for the price. Could use a mattress upgrade though. You can feel the springs in the mattress.

Liked: Breakfast was great, especially the pancake maker. Muffins were a little‘mushy’. Also liked the soap dispensers. Hot tub was awesome.

Dark, dirty, cold

Liked: The hot tub was nice and the breakfast.
Disliked: This place was COLD and dark, like a model castle vibe. The pool was cold too. The sofa bed was absolutely filthy. We pulled it out and there were urine stains all over it and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Just kind of a dark/dirty over all feel.

Disliked: Very cold in lobby when we were checking in. The clerk mentioned he hears that all the time! Why not increase the temperature! It was also cold in the breakfast room.Our bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve slept in. Hard mattress - reminded me of the awful mattresses we’ve had in Cuba all inclusive resorts. It was painful!
