We would stay here again...

Liked: We were very surprised that our room had a door with direct access to the pool! We loved the game room as well. We all felt the beds were very comfortable! And I have a gluten and dairy allergy so I asked at breakfast for assistance. They handed me a very nicely and quick, easy to read binder that was their allergy binder. I knew exactly what I could eat and had a great breakfast!
Disliked: We wish it had a hot tub and that the pool opened earlier than 10am. Also this is not about the hotel but the area didn’t seem to have much for restaurants unfortunately.

Very nice

Liked: Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was courteous, professional, and very friendly. Breakfast was good.The quality of food was good.We were impressed and believe it is the best Great Western that we've ever stayed in and we have traveled quite a bit.

A pleasant stay

Liked: The lady in the reception was kind and warm. The continental breakfast surprisingly included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and the service guy cleaned the tables and filled food promptly.
Disliked: We stayed at 2nd floor, had to carry the luggage up.
