Liked: Location !!! Staff were so friendly. It was quiet and serene. The stray cat wandering around and letting us befriend him was a huge bonus
Disliked: The only “complaint” were the pillows - terrible.

Beautiful Location

Liked: The location to Zion was amazing! Breakfast in the lobby was excellent.

Great stay at Zion

Liked: Great location.Room was big and clean.Price was slightly better than nearby hotels.
Disliked: Since it is winter, having to walk outside to reach the lobby where breakfast is served is a downside.

Excellent lodging close to Zion...

Liked: Not sure how old the Best Western Zion (Springdale, Utah) is, but it appeared to be almost brand new. Landscaping, hotel exterior, interior lobby, hotel room/bathroom were all in immaculate shape. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long cold day of hiking in Zion National Park.The full breakfast was great. Several outdoor gas fire places located around the property allowed travelers to relax by the fire. The hotel is located 1 mile from the western entrance to Zion and Zion Visitor Center. Many restaurants, including Zion Canyon Brew Pub, are within walking distance.
