Liked: The Room - very roomy and the beds were comfortable. We especially like having two king beds.Breakfast was great all three mornings. Staff super helpful and nice. Please keep the buffet w/the staff serving the food. It made us feel safe with how many guests were partaking in breakfast. The restaurant was...well...wow! Our favorites were the humongous Pretzel and Cioppino was absolutely incredible. They kindly gave us a late checkout, which was especially nice because we were not able to experience any snow.
Disliked: Found a hair in one of the beds and in the bathroom - which was kind of yucky. The room next to us sounded like it had 10 kids in it - but there was only two.The drawer in under the TV wouldn't stay closed. I had to get tape from the front desk to keep it close.All in all nothing that wasn't an easy fix.
