Disliked: We somehow booked into a handicap suite and asked to be moved the next morning. The shower was roll-in and water got all over the bathroom floor and there was no counter space either. So our stuff went on the floor and then got wet. Also it was near the kitchen and the boys basketball teams were very loud. We asked if we could change rooms. She said no, that is the room we paid for and anyway there would only be 10 rooms booked on the second night so it should be quiet. We asked again and she checked with the manager and again they said no. We finally said look if there is an upgrade fee we will pay it. She said it would be an extra $70 per night! We paid 170 per night so to change this room it would cost $240 per night. We checked the hotel web site and if someone came in off the street they would be charged $160!!! Why would you soak your current customer for 30% more than a stranger coming in off the street? I stole her that this was extremely unfair, and can they take another look. She checked with her manager apparently and nothing was ever said. Every time we went to the front counter there was no one there. So we checked out and later learned that they dropped their gouge from $70 to $50. Still highly unreasonable. Will never stay here again obviously and now going to Yelp to tell my story.

Liked: we were looking forward to our one night sta5
Disliked: but the staff didn't resolve our issue. we booked a best Western stay in New Brunswick through booking.com. when we arrived at the hotel we were told that we booked for best Western hotel in Ontario. they did not transfer the booking, nor assist with rectifying the issue, but instead they charged us an extra night. so our one night stay in nb ended up costing us 300$. we will never stay in Best Western again nor recommend it to anyone.
