Disliked: My first floor room was noisy with lots of foot traffic and people talking loudly, even later at night. Breakfast choices were a bit limited and the “hot” food was lukewarm at best.

Liked: The landscape of the property is beautiful and the entry is welcoming. The room was a great size, but the stay was not worth the price vs the attitude received by staff.
Disliked: The staff on duty were RUDE, when I asked for a plunger, she looked at me as if she didn't know what it was after I found her playing on her phone in the lobby. The same staff member insinuated that the papered service dog we had with us was a fake. The staff member was overall rude and disrespectful towards us.
