Everything was ok till I...

Liked: friendly staff
Disliked: I booked the room through Booking.com and it was listed at $84.00 now I find I'm being billed $144.48. I did request an accessible room do you charge extra for a customer's handicap? If so, this will be my last stay in a Best Western facility.

Disliked: staff was told repeatedly to use the corporate card for the rooms but still managed to bill the cards of the staff staying, very embarrassing.

Disliked: Waiting to get checked, it was a long wait. And I haven't received my $100 deposit yet. Still waiting. It's Monday now..hope I get my money back soon.
