Liked: Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.Location great for me.Loved the cleanliness!
Disliked: I could hear the bathroom sounds in the room next to me. The bathroom automatic light is too bright. Breakfast should be til 10 am if checkout is 11am.Bed pillows too flat, need support.Shower was very slippery, needs permanent anti slip decals ASAP.

Disliked: pool has been out of service for over a month and the hotel has the advertised as an amenitie wich was disappointing since that was one of our main reasons to choose the hotel.

Disappointing
Liked: I liked how close the hotel was to legoland
Disliked: The website said the hotel had a pool. There was nothing about the pool being closed. That was a serious letdown for my kids and myself included.It was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.I also did not like that the "sysyem" took the charge for the room on my debit card before we even got to the hotel to assure the reservation ok fine. according to the hotel desk clerk woman. They even called to tell me that morning that it was charging my card to assure we had the reservation. So why would I have to pay again when I get there if they already charged my card and we paid a deposit as well so why am I paying twice.So because we are a family of 5, we are on a very tight budget. So I had to pay cash for the room upon arrival 250$ plus the refundable 50$ deposit.So the nighttime desk lady says the $245 hold will drop and be back on my card snice we did cash.Ok, so morning comes, we check out and the money is still not in my account. So I have paid for the room twice at this point.The morning desk clerk says I was about the 7th or 8th person to report this issue, and it should be about 2 or 3 days before I see the money on my account that it must have been there system doi g this.Well, that put a serious damper on our vacation, considering we no longer had that 245$.Again, being a family of 5 doing theme parks is a rare planned budgeted activity, which we had to semi cut short due to not having that bit of money to access.I currently am still awaiting my money to be returned.I will not be staying in a best Western again after this experience.
