Liked: We absolutely loved the pool area. My 4 children had a blast. It made it worth the stay. We will definitely return.

I’m said to say that...

Liked: The property itself was very clean, I stayed there once prior to my last stay and at that time the stuff treated me well. I really liked the pool, it’s very kid friendly and my son really enjoyed himself there.
Disliked: A staff member there, had called me a liar over the phone and when confronted about he hid in the office. I was not lying, I was going based off what HE SAID to me. I spoke with a manager and all she had to say about it was “he misunderstood”. No apology from either the manager or that staff member. If you want to call your guest(s) a liar then at least have a backbone to face them when confronted about it.
