Liked: Everything , let us check in early we’re extremely accommodating and helpful . Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean as always .
Disliked: No fault of the hotel but we were on the same floor /next too a very loud hockey team for the first half of our stay .which was hard with a 2 year old during bedtime . But it was a lovely stay after they checked out.

Amazing staff ,safe and clean

Liked: Got in around midnight after trying to stay at a different hotel and feeling unsafe there booked a last minute room and moved over . Staff were extremely accommodating and kind . This hotel always feels clean and safe and staff is always amazing .

Nice hotel, great pool, great...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Pool, slide and lazy River was great for the kids, great temperature.
Disliked: Vehicles on either side of us had their windows smashed, and broken into. It sounds like this occurs quite often. Maybe a fence installed between the field and the parking lot would help. Or cameras, more lights, security.? Great hotel, but not if this happens regularly. I understand that you don’t want food or alcohol in the pool area. But to say no beverages is a bit frustrating. Be nice to be able to have a pop or water while sitting at the tables in the pool area while the kids swim.
