Kinda feels like staying on...

Liked: Location is good , we stayed here all the time in the past
Disliked: Seems like homeless people are living there now. As I’m walking in a lady is walking out spitting on the floor. Almost didn’t stay.

Liked: The room had orange pekoe tea.
Disliked: We didn't have hot water in the shower or basin sink. We couldn't shower.

Disliked: Lots of people hanging around front desk area with small kids sleeping on computer chairs

Liked: There is a transfer to the airport, but the car that delivers it needs to be replaced or the existing one needs to be taken in for repairs
Disliked: Paid breakfasts, faulty equipment in the room and in addition unsafe windows in the room that are completely impossible to close and this is in winter in the severe frost outside. Also, when my phone battery was completely discharged and I went down and asked the hotel staff for help, maybe someone could help me, because the phone chargers in my room do not work, they just changed and that's it. With your apologies, I could not charge my phone and I had to go 3.5 hours earlier to the airport to charge my phone. I like this chain, but I will never stay in this city again
