Liked: Location for our needs was great, the room was clean and no smells,.
Disliked: Hot breakfast selections were mediocre, room lighting had different types of bulbs in every fixture, soft to bright. Very annoying.

Bravo to this professional staff

Liked: The staff were kind, helpful and extremely professional.Our room was booked for the day before by mistake. When we arrived for check in we didn't have a reservation. After we explained to them what happened they refunded our booking fee. And recharged us for the day that we arrived. THAT'S CLASS A customer service. We were so tired and grateful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely book here again.

Disliked: The neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Rooms were small and dark but clean for their age.
