Disappointed for my daughters birthday...

Liked: Location and size of the room
Disliked: The 8am text message thanking for the stay. The thanks was good but at 8am was not necessary. Also the halls were not monitored. Lots of young kids racing up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Also couldn’t use the pool and hot tub because all of the hockey parents there were all in there drinking. I didn’t want to bring my three 14 year old girls into that which was disappointing. This was already in effect at 6:30 pm!

Liked: Everyone was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice and warm as well as clean, too. I loved having coffee available as well as hot chocolate, etc. with the coffee machine that they had. Breakfasts were good.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated.

Liked: Excellent service! Kind people and always there to help. I stayed for nearly three weeks and found the place safe, clean and welcoming. They have free shuttle service too. Overall one of the best places to stay in Burlington.
