Liked: The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replenished without us having to ask. We were gone for over 12 hours and still nothing. Also there needs to be some updating, things are not well kept in the shower. Also the elevator floors were very stickly and needed mopping and wiping down.

Excellent Experience

Liked: Upon check-in, we had the best first impression at the front desk with Erin. When we got to our room, it was fresh and very clean. The morning breakfast was a very nice variety. We will be returning.

Liked: Location was great, staff was friendly, but the place is not well maintained with overflowing garbage cans outside, dirty elevators, slow and stuck elevators, and needs updating.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, coffee choices were terrible, elevators were dirty and hot and stuck. Rooms were okay but need updating, hallways. Had old worn out carpets.
