Great night stay

Liked: There was a barman/Manager Alistair that always goes above and beyond for everyone when we visit the Whitehorse.He made my sister's 40th Birthday extra special with lots of extra touches.

Great food and staff bring...

Liked: Food was great. The beef and Guinness pie was excellent. Staff were great especially Alastair behind the bar. He was very helpful and gave my son plenty of time and could not do enough for him. Pass on my thanks please.
Disliked: Bedrooms very warm and mattress on bed was not great

Disliked: Tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. The whole pool area desperately needs a total overhaul. The sauna especially is falling apart: rotten wood, rust, parts coming off, ...
