Liked: Facility was clean, breakfast was good and staff were excellent. It was also very affordable.
Disliked: One of the elevators was not working and the hot tub was shut down for awhile. Also, the website advertised that it was only 3 miles from the cruise port and it was much farther away than that.

Liked: Best breakfast selection I’ve seen in a best western, and a lot of awesome holiday decorations that make it feel like home.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked so we had to walk to the back of the building even though our room was towards the front.

It was not an enjoyable...

Liked: Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: We checked in and there was an issue with our room. They gave us a choice to stay in another room or go to a sister hotel. We were with friends and wanted to stay. The room only had a hideaway bed and smelled musty. We got a rollaway that was very uncomfortable, because two people could not fit on the hideaway. We were comped our room, but the experience was a bad way to start our vacation.
