Disliked: Room had some issues. Closet was broken. No bathroom van but a hole in the wall. Floors behind lamps was not clean.

Liked: The only good thing about it was checking out the next Morning.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible not a lot of options. bedrooms wasn't up to par. the room in 220 the bathroom wasn't clean had to clean myself. The lighting in the room was terrible couldn't really see that great at night. the vending machines wasn't probably working so couldn't get any drinks. The pool was stated a heated pool which it wasn't. the pool had an Odor in there also. Stuffing was coming out of the chairs. Your hotel was rated with great stars and it wasn't with the terrible stay we had. both rooms 220 and 222 was the same with the bathroom.

Disliked: With the price I paid, I was expecting an exceptional service and facility. I didn't find that. Even hand washing soap wasn't filled. The ceiling wallpapers were torned and the quality wasn't that great. Breakfast was not great either!
