The staff were very good and the breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay at this Best Western hotel again.

A disappointing stay

Liked: The room and the venue clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room faced the highway, and the traffic noise was very high. Should have had better sound dampening. We always like to use the pool and Jacuzzi when we travel, but the filtration system was inoperable. In fact, I had to bring that up to the staff!! The staff -- well, when you could find them!! The front desk was poorly manned. A bell or push button of some kind would help getting service. Because we couldn't use the pool, I asked for a discount, but only got promised 50 rewards points, which is like Nothing!
