Disliked: The room wasn't ready when I showed up at 6pm. The young man at the front desk that night did nothing to protect the privacy of his guests. I got a room to avoid drama with my, at the time, my estranged other. Unbeknownst to me, she called all the hotels in the area until the young man up front put her on hold TO RING MY ROOM. When I engaged with him about his lack of judgment, he defended his position, and even called back to continue his entitled, and unsolicited defense and justification of himself. Still no regard or concern for his PAID GUEST. No regret on his part, as HE did nothing wrong. Late in the night I went out to my truck and low and behold, IT HAD BEEN VANDALIZED. I cant imagine who did it. I didnt even bother going up front. I enjoy this hotel chain, and often seek it out when on the road. With that being said, BEST WESTERN AND ITS STAFF, let me down, and quite frankly endangered the safety of its guests, and their personal property. Needless to say, MY STAY SUCKED!!! THANKYOU YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENT FOR YOUR UNWAVERING LOYALTY TO YOURSELF. YOU ARE A TESTIMENT TO YOUR GENERATIONS MINDSET.
