Liked: Easy access to my room from a side door. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom is very small. I had to close the door in order to get to the toilet paper. For breakfast I ate cold oatmeal because there was very little at the bottom of the pot and by the time I added chilled milk it was cold.

Liked: breakfast was fine. typical free hotel breakfast
Disliked: Pool was ice cold, hot tub was lukewarm. Booking.com has the hotel listed as a spa sauna hotel. this is incorrect. we paid for a spa upgraded room and they do not have rooms as this. Pet fee was listed on Booking at 10$ a night, it was 20$. Front desk staff was very nice. Our room was across from the hotel laundry. Hard to sleep at there was a lot of activity in the area. dogs don't like that
