Disliked: The humid, musty smell and the rooms were not up to par for a best western.

It was a pleasent stay.

Liked: The breakfast was satisfying! Loved the Texas waffle! Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working properly.

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast

Liked: Clean! Maybe too clean? Smelled strongly of cleaning solution. Great location with easy drive to Silos downtown or Heritage Homestead. Staff was friendly and breakfast had warm options (sausage, biscuits and gravy) along with typical waffle maker, bread, cereal. Good choices.Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The overwhelming smell of cleaner in the room was unexpected and unpleasant to me, as I am sensitive to smell. I was not enough to make me leave. I kept the ac on so fan ran constantly and that helped.

Over priced for the experience....

Liked: Location was convenient to where we needed to go. Staff was generally cordial.
Disliked: Unable to get much sleep because our room was on the freeway side and it was extremely noisy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast items that should have been hot were room temp at best. Example: sausages that had just been brought out were not warm at all.
