Disliked: **My experience with breakfast at this hotel was very disappointing.** I stayed for three nights, and from the very first morning, I informed the staff member serving breakfast that there was no breakfast tea or honey available. Unfortunately, she simply ignored my request. I then approached the front desk, where I was told that these items were out of stock, but I was assured they would be available the next morning. However, the same excuse was given each day, and no effort was made to actually provide the tea or honey.On the third day, I discovered that the egg omelette being served contained ham. This was not mentioned anywhere, and I do not eat ham. When I raised this concern with the front desk, the response was a casual "oh, sorry" followed by a statement that the omelette always includes ham. There was no warning or indication about this ingredient, which was very disappointing.Overall, I found the staff to be inattentive, unhelpful, and lacking in courtesy. This experience fell far below the level of service I expected.
