Liked: I kept trying to contact the manager in the morning, and my calls were never answered. This was prior to staying there.

Liked: I really like the location and the breakfast.
Disliked: the facilities are a little outdated - the restroom and the beds were a little outdated but other than that I enjoyed staying here.

Poor information front desk

Liked: On a positive note the room was clean and nice and the continental breakfast was good. But was sorry I paid the price for this room without any of the accommodations I had hoped for.
Disliked: We called ahead of time, to that the pool and hot tub were working, as this was the reason we the hotel. We had many hotels to choose from that had pools and hot tubs. The girl at the front desk assured me that they were both working. Upon getting there and unpacking and slipping into our swimming suits, only to find out that the pool was outdoor and freezing and the hot tub was non-functional and filthy. Went inside to talk to her about it. She said..."sorry I don't know what to tell you".. It was approximately 4:30 in the afternoon she looked like she was ready for bed, very tired.

Liked: The free breakfast was really good. a buffet style breakfast that was very delicious almost had seconds but was in running out time and needed to leave.
Disliked: I can't find or think about anything that would be better, everything was well organized and convenient.

Superb

Liked: Clean and comfortable, breakfast was great!
Disliked: Bathroom sink tap design is poor and water was leaking in bathroom shower. Otherwise everything else was great!

Disliked: The shower head wasn’t the best and they charge you a 20$ pet fee and it doesn’t say that anywhere before booking until you get there and boom another fee
