Everything was excellent aside from...
Liked: Room was comfortable and breakfast was pretty decent doing it
Disliked: Water pressure was very weak

Liked: was adequate, a bit dry
Disliked: did not like the shower. the tub was very slippery and had no traction onthe floor. the grab bar was located at the end of the tub, would like one along the side for better stability. the water did not drain quickly, i was in ankle deep within a few minutes

Liked: The stuff was friendly and the location was nice.
Disliked: ’m very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I had booked and paid for a suite, but when I arrived, I was given a standard room instead. To make matters worse, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the sheets were rough and noisy, making it impossible to relax. I was really hoping for a restful night, but the lack of quality sleep ruined my special day birthday. It’s frustrating when you pay extra for an upgraded experience and don’t receive what you’ve paid for. This experience did not live up to expectations, and I won’t be returning.
