Disliked: I booked on Booking.com because it said there was a 24 hr shuttle. After booking I called the hotel to arrange pick up as I was arriving after 1:00am. They informed me the shuttle stops at 11:45, their website apparently says that but booking.com has not been updated yet. So I was very disappointed that I needed to spend $25 on a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel would not reimburse me and I have messaged booking.com and not heard back yet. Otherwise for a short stay close to the airport it was fine.

Disliked: The room was freezing cold and I could not adjust the air-conditioning. The staff was not helpfulwith that. The bed was uncomfortable, and there is no shelf in the shower stall to put soap, shampoo, etc.
