Liked: Staff was great! WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO GET US ANYTHING WE NEEDED. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good. Breakfsst Room was clean and tidy with Halloween decorations.
Disliked: Didn't find anything.

Booking.com SUCKS!!!! NO NUMBER TO...

Disliked: The people whom booked me through booking.com made my experience horrible. They placed me in a 1 bed queen room with 1 chair and foot rest, saying the chair (that didn't let out was supposed to be considered the second bed, chair could barley fit 1 person in it). Was told they absolutely had no availability to change rooms to what I ACTUALLY booked and paid for prior to arriving to the hotel.

Liked: Great location! The front desk staff is phenomenal! Ms. JoJo was just a delight and the day staff was just as kind and friendly!!! Just WOW!!!
