Liked: Great location and always enjoy staying here.
Disliked: The bed was not that comfortable.

Superb

Liked: The Jacuzzi is great took a bit to fill up was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Small things like hard to find unless you come off the highway one direction. Toilet seat wasn't great looking, not unclean just well used, and vending machines couldn't connect to Internet.

Bad

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: So my wife and I got the jacuzzy tub room. Got in turn it on and the faucet popped off got my wife wet head to toe and the walls ceiling....went to a new but same room same thing happened. So we just opted out of that, witch was annoying cuz that's the whole reason for getting that room.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: You need to install hand rails and bathmats in ALL bathtub/showers. My 88 year old mother fell in the bathtub and could not get up because she broke her collarbone in the fall. Fire department had to be called to get her picked up and out of the bathtub.

Poor

Liked: Location and room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Generally dingy, loud, elevator broken. Ice not available on all floors
