Disappointed with the lack of...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t working both nights that we were there. After the first night they said it would be open the next night but it wasn’t. Also, they started charging $10/ night to park. This is a new policy (I’ve stayed there multiple times in the past several years and parking was always included in the price of the room). I’m not sure why they are doing this other than to extract more money from their customers. It should be included in the room price since you have to drive a car to stay there.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast is good. The shampoo, conditioner and body soup is great.
Disliked: The bed is not super comfortable. Is anyone may care about it would need to reconsider.

Superb

Good food and location, but...

Liked: Location is convenient. < 10 mins from ski resort and many restaurants nearby.Breakfast is included and was good.
Disliked: I put in a noise complaint twice to the front desk. They didn’t do anything about it with the first complaint. I called again and told them to come to my room and hear the running, stomping, kids screaming. The front desk came and could hear even from the hallway. The noise turned out to be the neighboring room. They said that my neighbor asked me to move rooms. This is 10pm. I have my own kids in the room, so I turned down the offer as it’s such a hassle to pack everything up at such a late hour. She said she would ask the neighbor to move them, but nothing happened of it. They continued to stomp, run and scream, even starting again at 7am. Luckily, that was our last night.

Liked: We liked the fresh cooked breakfast each morning. The room was perfect...very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the large working hot tub and pool, especially after a long day of skiing.
Disliked: Last year, we could buy food at the bar area for a quick dinner. We were told is was closed due to staffing shortage. This was too bad.

Liked: The breakfast area was wonderful and the lady serving the hot food was exceptional in her customer service and friendliness.
