Pleasent hotel but staff could...

Liked: Extra $15 for a cot which we never received. Staff were difficult to find even at peak check-in hours, they had little knowledge about parking in the area. Overheard the reception arguing with a guest that we shouldn't expect staff to be available 24hours despite it being a 24-Hour Concierge Services, this made the stay very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, and the facilities were pleasant.

Superb

Liked: The rooms were large and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: It was nice to have shampoo and conditioner but there wasn't any shower gel. It would also be great if these were in large containers, reusable containers from a sustainability point of view
