It’s a fair place but...

Liked: Generally, it was a fair experience. Location is good. Significant number of parking places. Staff were very friendly and decent. Suit was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Guest packages shall always include light slippers.Coffee machines should be working efficiently. Kettles are mandatory. Coffee machine still for coffee not hot water. Fridges should include at least 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was horrible but still not even good. Bakeries are not fresh and not warm. There should be some halal options of protein for Muslim guests.

Disliked: Upon checking in, found out there were no any trashbags in the room and there's someone's underwear left under the mattress.

Liked: We stayed 2 nights at Level 2. The environment is very noisy especially from upstairs foot steps.
Disliked: We love rooms facilities and free coffee at the lobby.
