We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.

Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

Disliked: there was not a drinking water in the room and was only 2 pack of coffee for two people for two days.

Liked: We always stay at the Best Western when we are in Toronto. It's our favorite place! We love the indoor pool/Hot Tub! Everything is always clean and neat. I enjoy having the mini fridge in the room for leftovers.

Disliked: Our room was dated, ugly carpet with rather large crumbs in it. Not very clean! Bed was so so. Not a great view but we weren’t expecting anything special! Unfortunately the room smelled terrible, not sure what it was but could not open the window to air it out.

Disliked: One of the floors smelled like excrement and strong food / vomit and was hard to inhale to and from the room. It was disgusting. I would never ever stay there again and it was still a somewhat expensive place to stay.

It was good enough for...

Liked: Available indoor pool and gym. It was close to public transportation.
Disliked: The WiFi was not connecting to my laptop and the staff could not provide access to the computers they had for guests. He stated he didn’t know how to create the password for me to use. so I will have to wait until morning . That was very disappointing as I had 2 important documents to send before 9 am. Also, there was no breakfast available. There was coffee but no herbal tea available in the lobby and the bedroom.
