This hotel has everything you require. Breakfast served daily; clean rooms; secure, and the rooms were spacious. Also a very courteous staff. Loved this hotel.

Liked: The hotel had everything we needed. The location was minutes from restaurants, movie theaters and even the concert venue we were attending. The hotel was clean. Rooms had a refrigerator and microwave and plenty of space to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was out of everything to wash inside the shower. The tub was dirty it was off putting. It really I guess goes to show it doesn't matter how much you spend if the staff doesn't want to do their part

Our 3 day stay during...

Liked: This was a very quiet hotel. We didn't hear our neighbors or anyone in the hallways outside of our room. Our room access faced a courtyard which was a bit chilly in the mornings (air temp was in the upper 40°F/low 50°F during breakfast hours in December). This hotel was close to the Malibu beaches, both Getty Museums, hiking trails in the Santa Monica Mountains, Santa Monica Pier, and various restaurants in the area. Traffic was never an issue during our stay. I would stay here again!
Disliked: The virtual check-in process...only because it was new to me.

Liked: Location was good. The pool was heated.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi did not work for my laptop so I had to use my phone hot spot to connect to do my work. I spoke to the front desk staff and they told me that they are ware that it does not work for some laptops. I travel a lot and have never had an issue connection to other hotels Wi-Fi. The breakfast was rushed as they seemed to want to close early every day. There were leaves in the pool and nobody cared to clean them over 3 days we were there.
